Who are we?
People with the right talents and decision making style for the role will perform better.
A job to values match can be the difference between placement success and failure. A person with aesthetic values working in a tabacco company will be inherently less inspired on the job. Most people are unaware of these less easy to observe behaviours.
There is little that can drive engagement if the "bottom of pyramid" needs are not satisfied.
Financial cost and time invested is seldom measured. In addition ongoing low productivity and poor performance directly affect bottom line.
